who are we?
P.I. Direct specialise in the provision of professional risk products to buyers or their insurance consultants and because we implicitly retain this focus, we are able to provide our clients with first-class advice and expertise on classes of cover that include Professional Indemnity, Medical Malpractice, Management Liability and Information Technology.
A cornerstone of our service standards is our ability to bind cover on behalf of secure, reputable insurers and to issue policy documentation within days, not months, of incepting the insurance.
The company has developed a reputation for fast and efficient service utilising its exclusive facilities with;

- CGU Professional Risks;
- QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited;
- ACE Insurance Limited; and
- AIG Australia.
We also have access to a number of other well-known licensed Australian insurers with strong professional risk portfolios.
P.I. Direct prides itself on the fact that we have consistently been able to provide Professional Indemnity insurance to our customers through both the soft and hard sectors of the insurance ‘cycle’ and this is in no small part due to these exclusive facilities that we have developed over the past decade.
